Spring has sprung and to celebrate the Australian Geographic Nature Photographer of the Year, the South Australian Museum invites you to get hands-on and personalise your own plant pot these school holidays.

Use pens, stickers and even googly eyes to decorate your enamel mug with nature-based designs where your imagination is the only limitation! Guided by our friendly Museum team, you can then choose a native wildflower, Everlasting Daisy or bush tucker seed bomb as your floral foundation and to watch nature grow.

Join us for one of the following sessions:

• Thursday 1 October, 11am - 12:30pm
• Saturday 3 October, 11am - 12:30pm
• Saturday 3 October, 2pm - 3:30pm
• Thursday 8 October, 11am - 12:30pm

We provide all items required for this crafty creation time so all you need to bring is yourself and your inspiration.

Important information

• Pair this event with tickets to the Australian Geographic Nature Photographer of the Year exhibition (not included in workshop ticket price) and receive a discount on your school holiday activity.
• Please note that all children must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the activity.
• Materials will be allocated on a per ticket basis.
